    Job Description

    As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the market presence and driving revenue growth. They are seeking for a dynamic and results oriented professional with a strong network within the car audioshop industry and significant experience in B2B2C sales, specifically handling car accessories products.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
  • Identify and establish strong relationships with car audioshops, retailers, and distributors to promote and distribute products, with a focus on car accessories.
  • Prospect and engage new business opportunities to expand the brand's presence in the automotive aftermarket sector, specifically in the car accessories segment.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute effective promotional activities and campaigns for car accessories.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the car accessories market.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent company and build valuable partnerships in the car accessories industry. The Successful Applicant
  • Proven track record of success in B2B2C sales, with a focus on automotive-related products, particularly car accessories.
  • Extensive network and connections within the car audioshop and car accessories industry.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies for car accessories products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret sales data and trends in the car accessories market.
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets and achieve goals.
