    About Our Client

    Our client is Indonesia's leading conglomerate. Currently they are looking for a Sales Manager with deep oil & gas expertise. This position will be responsible to lead the identification, development, and launch of new business verticals within the oil sector.

    Job Description

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Gain a deep understanding of client needs and expectations to deliver solutions that exceed them.
    • Proactively identify and pursue new growth opportunities within key accounts.
    • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and support.
    • Act as the primary contact for key accounts, promptly resolving issues and complaints.
    • Drive significant revenue growth through new sales and account expansion.
    • Provide regular reports on account progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making. The Successful Applicant
    • Possesses a Bachelor's degree or above in any field
    • Minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant industry (oil & gas)
    • Proven track record in business expansion
    • Have an excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Detail oriented and have an excellent logical / problem solving skill
    • Performed well in an individual / team setting and adaptive to changes
    • Skilled in operating Ms. Excel & Ms. PowerPoint What's on Offer
