  • Meet ups with potential vendors or clients
  • They will present and propose potential projects they have to the company.
  • Then we analyze the project offered to the company. 
  • What budget does it take to run this project.
  • Create the PNL budget, what portion of margin can we achieve, how top it is, the payment system, which vendor will run etc.
  • Validate clients to head office and site, to ensure payment security
  • Collaborate with the operational team to;
  • Validate to Vendor, ensure the unit is ready and in accordance with the requirements specified by the client.
  • Validation to the field, observations (weather, road conditions, social disturbances from local communities, DT pools, mess team ops etc.)
  • If all are confirmed, with the approval of the leader, the project can be run by trial or according to SPK to explore the extent to which this project can be financially profitable and long term cooperation
  • Prepare engagement with clients and vendors
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and vendors so that the payload that was 25 tons per unit becomes a maximum of >30 tons per unit so that revenue increases in line with the achievement of the payload target
  • Also so that the number of units can increase from only 20 units to 30 units or <50 units
  • For long-term targets, how can our company operate hauling as a whole. So the vendors in the mine can cooperate and we become the operators.
  • And also leverage project, not only transport coal with DT but also until end customer using barge.

Customer Warehouse and Transport

  • Receive incoming orders by phone, Whatsapp, Zen Desk, Email and Employee Reference
  • Find out what customer needs 
  • Then Follow Up Details of client needs by BD
  • Box to Box or Fulfillment pattern (must be SKU)
  • Check available Space to Warehouse by WA or phone call
  • If the goods from the client need Custom we ask for the latest offer as needed (optional)
  • Once the offer from the warehouse has been received, quotation is immediately
  • Send to Slack for approve by BD Manager
  • If approved Quotation can be sent directly to the client
  • Once the Client agrees to the offer we made, create an MoU (after they submit the legality of the company)
  • If the MoU is already signed can be directly Inbound
  • Client data can be registered on the web to be in line with warehouse
  • Input register client in to salesforce
  • Sales admin in waresix is an overall in and out data center for both internal and external parties.

 

Join Vendor Warehouse

  • Mandatory question for prospective warehouse vendors (does the warehouse already exist man power + Handling?)
  • Proceed by submitting vendor registration form
  • Request location address, Warehouse Photos and Document Legality
  • After they submit the complete data
  • Vendor Acquisition Manager will Follow Up

Customer FMCG

  • Maintain customer so that trucking order does not decrease the number of units if it can go up, with intense communication with customers
  • Maintain vendor trucking by communicating regularly when loading and unloading. So as not to miscommunication in the field for the smooth operation of trucking.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and vendors for long therm and profitable cooperation.
  • Always coordinate with clients so that what they want can fit the company's targets.
  • Leverage project trucking by volume, number of units and route of delivery area.
  • Evaluate the margin of the vendor as well as the customer so that the margin per trip can rise up.
  • Handling complaint from customer, ability to listen to customer complaints is very important
  • Being an intermediary between customer and trucking vendor in case of problems also offers a solution.
  • Coordination with finance so that invoice delivery is not late.
