About Our Client

Our client is a building material company based in Tangerang. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible to achieve company's sales and profit goals in the Sumatera, Kalimantan and East Indonesia region through data-driven target setting, strong distributor partnerships, strategic pricing, and efficient customer service.

Job Description

Establish annual sales goals tailored to each distributor in Sumatera, Kalimantan, and East Indonesia by leveraging historical sales data, market trends, and customer capabilities

Foster strong, collaborative relationships with existing distributors

Implement a dynamic pricing strategy to maximize company's volume and profitability. The Successful Applicant

Minimum Bachelor's degree from reputable university in related field

Minimum 10 years of working experience as National Sales or Business Development, preferably in building materials, chemical, and plastic industry

Proven track record of growing and managing successful distributor networks for industrial products.

Excellence in English verbal and written
