Job scope Summary:
Sales manager, strategizes, measures and manages sales people and their performance in an organization.
His / Her main duties includes designing sales strategic plans, establishing sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with clients.
Together with the general manager he / she evaluates costs to monitor the products pricing fit.

Job Duties& Task:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Develop sales funnel and sales forecast. Constantly measures the conversion rate of funnel to sales.
- Develop, build and maintain longlasting, strong relationships with key accounts, customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
- Create and communicate sales goals and ensure Clevel executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
- Understand industryspecific trends and landscapes.
- Measures, analyse and report on achievements and forecast in periodic and timely manner.
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
- Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
- Maximize income through the development of ancillary revenue streams and new opportunities.
- Work with other department heads to achieve target and seamless execution of events
- Set yearly agenda, monthly agenda and day to days task for outlet's sales force
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in sales or related fields. Equivalent experience will be considered
- Min 3 years of work experience in the same level of management capacity. Prior experience in the tourism, theme park, sport or entertainment industry is a plus, but not required.
- Languages: fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Highly effective project management, prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to manage and coordinate the endtoend development process while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
Working Condition:
- 95 (M-F) on chosen work location
- Transport reimbursement
- Flexible scheduling is required. During high season, hours may include weekends and holidays
- Weekend/ public holiday work, may be required
