PT Medifa Infoyasa Suryantara with the branding "DoctorTool" is one of the most innovative and providing primary health care provider system that currently have more than 300 partners operating in 26 provinces, including Jabodetabek, Central Java, East Java, and West Java also out of Java Island.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to promote the Clinic Information System product in all channels, including offline and online platforms, as well as partnerships
  • Supervise sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure the product meets the needs of the target market
  • Analyze and develop work plans in the sales process (sales funnels, product demos, visit schedules, customer data management, etc.) to ensure that the strategies that have been prepared from superiors can be implemented properly
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, medical associations, and other medical facilities to obtain optimal sales
  • Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among both B2B and B2C customers
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitors, and use these insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Manage the production of marketing materials, including for events (both offline and online), brochures, presentations, and product demos including
  • Manage press release (PR) campaigns and build a good relationship with media partners

Job Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Min. 5 years of experience in marketing/sales, with a focus on healthcare technology products
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing plans
  • Experience working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulatory requirements is a plus
