Deskripsi

Produce, develop and implement strategic planning to achieve sales target and expanding the online sales area

Leading Online Sales team (leader sales B2C, B2B & administration)
Maintain & Upgrading Sales Tools to increase efficiency team sales in working
Responsible for making Sales Reports (ROAS, CPRL, B2C/Agent)
Report to Sales Director regarding updates/problem of sales team
Evaluate sales target performance
Do sales marketing ecommerce analytics and reporting
Make updates and be able to follow the latest sales trends
Age 2535 years old
Minimum 4 years of experience as Sales Manager in Retail/FMCG company
Target oriented
Have relationship with RM ecommerce is a point plus
Have relationship with all agent in Indonesia is a point plus
Have experience in handle Marketplace/Ecommerce (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Blibli, Bukalapak, etc)
Ability in Online Sales/Online Marketing
Able to increase online sales targets determined by the company
Understand the right marketing/sales strategy
Easy adaptable and willing to work under pressure
Attention to detail and have good analytical
Willing to be placed in Cipondoh, Tangerang
