- Education: BSc Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, Master's degree is preferred
- Language: Indonesia and English
- Experience: Min 6 or more years of sales experience with testing and measurements in power systems or sales of similar technology
- Good knowledge in partial discharge testing, online monitoring systems, and asset performance management software (APM)
- Interested in new technologies, trends in the electrical power industry, and future products of electrical test and measurement
- Knowledge of high voltage testing of electrical power assets (transformers, motors, generators, switchgear, cables, etc.), especially in partial discharge.
- Value selling skills, understanding customer financial calculations and project justifications
- Willing to do business travel/trips in Asia Pacific area
About work仕事内容について**:
Driving sales of the Megger Grid Performance Solutions unit in Asia-Pacific & Oceania, through cooperation with regional sales managers and Megger sales distribution networks
Implementation of Megger's growth plan into regional actions, including sales strategy planning, activity planning, forecasting, opportunity management, international travel (customer visits, internal meetings, training), customer support, price negotiations, tender submissions, and other ad-hoc tasks to support sales and customers
Collaboration with other teams (back-office/inside sales, marketing, service/repair) to serve customers and Megger strategies
Technical support, presenting to customers, attending trade fairs
Travel approx. 50 (in Asia Pacific)
