General Summary:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the overall technical solutions for the country covering a broad range of Qualcomm products and solutions
- Deep engagement with all the carriers focusing on technical sales, value propositions and business negotiations
- Drive key initiatives and activities with select carriers leveraging on Qualcomm technologies
- To be a virtual leader driving internal functional teams for the customer initiatives and projects
- To be the main interface for Indonesia technical solutions and technology roadmap, incl. interface with regional technical marketing and Business Units leads
- Act as a local lead for Qualcomm as it pertains to the local and global SI companies as part of the overall ecosystem partnership
- Building relationships with key carrier customers focusing on the midmanagement and working level and to some extent, higher management
- Taking full ownership and responsibility E2E of the overall technical sales in the country
- Driving the country strategic initiatives and business goals supporting the Country Lead
- Report directly to the Country Lead

Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field. MBA is desired.
- 10+ working experiences with carriers, infra vendors with direct relationship with carriers and partners
- Having wide networking and strong relationships with carriers. Clevel networking and relationship is a plus
- Technical sound knowledge of telco landscape, technologies, and market profile
- A strong leader and driver in a matrix organization, working as a team lead within the crossfunctional team locally and regionally
- Good attitude, passionate to win with strong innovation and motivation
- Strong Presentation skill.
