Job Description

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets for your territory.

Identify and build strong relationships with potential and existing retail partners.

Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives (if applicable).

Conduct product presentations and negotiate sales agreements with retail partners.

Ensure effective product placement and visibility within retail stores.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity within your territory.

Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet with retail partners (overnight stays may be required).

Requirement

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales role within the retail industry (preferably).

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.

Strong understanding of retail sales channels and distribution strategies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach a team (if applicable).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to travel extensively within your assigned territory.

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and good English communication skills.

Mandarin language proficiency is a strong advantage.
