Group Description
The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility.

Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.

Key responsibilities:

Initiates and coordinate QC process;
Leads QC reviews with the Group Office;
Provides market and benchmark analyses;
Establishes and develop a network with extrenal, internal customers as well as with external partners;
Responsible for Development and update Product Portfolio and plant presentations;
Gives product input for the BP process;
Advises the General Manager for all tasks related to its area of responsibility;
Works in code of Magna Fair Enterprise Culture and complies with company codes and procedures;
Ensures fairness at work, in comply with Employees charter and Operational principles.

Required qualification:

University graduate (technical/business degree);
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, minimum 1 year in automotive industry
Advanced user of MS Office and SAP;
Extensive knowledge of processes in the automotive industry;
Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools;
Very good project management skills;
Very good moderation skills;
Very good presentation skills;
Basic business knowledge or basics in finance;
Basic knowledge of contract law in the automotive industry;
Knowledge of the automotive regulations IATF 16949;
Negotiation and closing security;
Fluent English communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal);
Good interpersonal and effective organizational skills;
Customer oriented, team oriented, result oriented;
Willingness to travel.
