    About Our Client

    Our client is a leading global provider of high-quality building materials, dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and excellence. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join the team as the Head of Marketing.

    Job Description

    As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate the brand, increase market share, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building brand awareness, along with expertise in showroom management. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and positioning.
  • Lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Oversee the management of showrooms, ensuring a compelling and consistent brand experience for customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and retail, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Utilize digital marketing, traditional advertising, and other channels to reach target audiences effectively.

    The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a focus on building brand awareness.
  • Open to candidates from consumer durable or consumer electronics
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a marketing team.
  • Experience in showroom management, creating engaging and interactive spaces for customers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
