    About Our Client

    Our client is one of the biggest digital banking companies in Indonesia. Currently they are looking for a Head of Marketing Communication. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing end to end marketing communication activities. You will take both a strategic and hands on role where you will utilise a range of channels including digital, social, media and PR.

    Job Description

  • Increase overall branding awareness
  • Develop and execute an insight-driven marketing and communications strategy and plan including evaluation
  • Set direction for and manage the Marketing Communication Team, ensuring quality and timely output
  • Establish good media relationships, identify publicity opportunities and pitch stories to deliver messages and support campaigns
  • Produce compelling strategic communications and impactful events, including digital / offline events
  • Oversee social media channels, providing direction on strategy and content The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from reputable university in Marketing or relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience as Marketing Communication Manager/Head, preferably in digital banking or Fintech
  • Proven track record of managing end to end marketing communication activities
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively and cooperatively with internal / external stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Excellence in English verbal and written What's on Offer
