    About Our Client

    Our client is a publicly-listed global data center company who has expanded their footprint into the Indonesian market. Currently looking for a Head of Sales to join their Commercial team and lead the Sales & Marketing team.

    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Hands on in team development - lead the Sales & Marketing function and activities within the organization
  • Take ownership in end-to-end sales process, ensure healthy sales pipeline and ensure strategies and approaches implemented are aligned with company objectives
  • Build, nurture and maintain relationships with international and local clients
  • Cater to customer pain points and ensure delivery in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives The Successful Applicant

    Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Studies, IT or any relevant field
  • At least 9 years of Sales Experience within the IT infrastructure industry - preferably within the Colocation/Data Center environment
  • Proven track record in sales achievements - engaged with hyperscalers and enterprise clients from cross industries
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to speak in Mandarin will be a plus
