    Our client is a leading provider of bio-polymers for the agriculture industry, offering innovative solutions to enhance plant nutrition and growth. With a focus on seeds, bio stimulants, and fertilizers, our client products aim to improve crop yields and sustainability.

    Job Description

  • Promote and sell our client's offerings to the plant nutrition sector, covering seeds, bio stimulants, complexing agents, and fertilizers.
  • Establish a robust network of distributors and retailers in Indonesia and Malaysia.
  • Actively participate in industry events such as associations, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with the global sales, marketing, and technical teams to innovate new products and explore new markets.
  • Develop and implement a business plan with defined performance targets.
  • Offer technical and marketing assistance to clients and partners.
  • Ensure timely submission of business reports, CRM data, budgets, and forecasts. The Successful Applicant
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree holder in Agriculture, coupled with at least five years of technical sales expertise within the agrochemical industry.
  • Strong network within agrochemical distributors and channels.
  • Possesses comprehensive technical and professional understanding encompassing crop, agronomic knowledge, and farming practices across diverse regions.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
  • Must demonstrate willingness to undertake extensive domestic and international travel.
