    Deskripsi

    Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of our respected client, a fast-growing logistic software company, in hiring Regional Account Manager. This role will be located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead regional Key Account Management team for Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Philippines.
    • Develop strategies for client onboarding, training, engagement, and enhancing overall client experience.
    • Supporting and directing new and experienced Key Account Managers in providing onboarding and training clients and improving engagement and retention.
    • Serving as a coach and a leader, helping to develop the skills of your team as they grow in their careers.
    • Managing day to day operations of the team by monitoring active implementation projects of the clients.
    • Work closely with their Product and Development Teams to represent the voice of client during onboarding, implementation and ongoing support stages.
    • Integrating sales strategies into client success initiatives while maintaining client satisfaction.

    Requirement

    • Experienced in leading team with min. 3 years.
    • A total for >5 years in leading customer support / client success team in technology-focused environment.
    • Sales experience in upselling to an existing client base.
    • Experienced working as a Project Manager / Program Manager (Technology) would be a plus point.
