    Job Description

    1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all their needs and inquiries.
    2. Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to develop tailored digital marketing strategies that align with their goals.
    3. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients, driving revenue growth and maximizing account profitability.
    4. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights to clients, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for optimization.
    5. Address client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention. The Successful Applicant
      1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
      2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the digital technology or SaaS industry, System Integrator.
      3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
      4. Proven track record of successfully managing key client accounts and driving revenue growth.
      5. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable insights.
