    Deskripsi

    • Handle New Construction, Renovation and Maintenance Market
    • Establish and Develop New Clientele and Market with Main Contractor, Sub Contractor and Management Agent
    • To penetrate market in Indonesia and establish good relationship with Developers and Architect firm
    • Maintain existing client and to generate new potential client due to ensure client satisfaction and achieve company objective
    • To specify Project using Company product and ensuring final implementation
    • Engage Product Presentation, Seminars & Events and assist unconditionally in the execution of Marketing Plans
    • Provide Forecast & Report of Marketing activity weekly / yearly as well as updating Project List
    • Communicate with related department for necessary follow up for related Project due to ensure delivery, service and quality to meet client schedules and satisfactory
    • Other duties as assigned- Menangani Pasar Konstruksi Baru, Renovasi dan Pemeliharaan- Membangun dan Mengembangkan Klien dan Pasar Baru dengan Kontraktor Utama, Sub Kontraktor dan Agen Manajemen- Menembus pasar di Indonesia dan menjalin hubungan baik dengan para pengembang dan arsitek- Mempertahankan klien yang sudah ada dan menghasilkan klien baru yang potensial untuk memastikan kepuasan klien dan mencapai tujuan perusahaan- Menentukan proyek yang menggunakan produk perusahaan dan memastikan implementasi akhir- Terlibat dalam Presentasi Produk, Seminar & Acara dan membantu tanpa syarat dalam pelaksanaan Rencana Pemasaran- Memberikan Prakiraan & Laporan kegiatan Pemasaran mingguan / tahunan serta memperbarui Daftar Proyek- Berkomunikasi dengan departemen terkait untuk tindak lanjut yang diperlukan untuk Proyek terkait untuk memastikan pengiriman, layanan, dan kualitas untuk memenuhi jadwal klien dan memuaskan- Tugas lain yang ditugaskan
    •More than 3 years Marketing Sales experience for building material / construction / architect
    •Business level English
    •Minimum Diploma Degree in related field (building, chemistry, real estate or Business) or any recognized University degree
    •Have own transportation (car preferably)-Pengalaman lebih dari 3 tahun di bidang Marketing Sales untuk bahan bangunan / konstruksi / arsitek -Bahasa Inggris tingkat bisnis -Minimum Gelar Diploma di bidang terkait (bangunan, kimia, real estat atau Bisnis) atau gelar Universitas yang diakui -Memiliki transportasi sendiri (lebih disukai mobil)
