    Job Description

    As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of their brands. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement and growth. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for assigned brands.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Assist in the development of brand positioning, messaging, and creative campaigns.
  • Work closely with creative agencies and internal design teams to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance and consumer feedback, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and supply chain, to ensure brand strategies are executed effectively.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of product launches and promotional events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to drive innovation and maintain brand relevance.
  • Provide support in the development of sales presentations and promotional materials. The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in brand management or marketing roles in the consumer goods industry, preferably focusing on the F&B sector.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
