- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans
- Responsible for overseeing marketing events, including trade shows
- Develop and manage budgets and operate within stated company policies and procedures
- Develop key messages and objection handling
- Directly manage downstream marketing team
- Conduct ongoing market assessment
- Work with the sales and management teams to identify product needs for new and existing customers
- Support the initial and on-going education of the field team
- Build strong clinical relationships with target customers and thought leaders
- Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required, to promote our products and services
- Manage external communication including social media, press release, etc.
The Successful Applicant - Candidate must have started their career in the healthcare industry (mandatory)
- Minimum of 10 years successful medical device and pharmaceuticals experience
- Minimum of 7 years people management experience
- Demonstrated and documented success in previous roles; including impactful management of marketing functions, including down stream/brand marketing
- Ability to think strategically and execute
- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA or equivalent desired
