    The primary responsibility is to support, and coordinate decided marketing activities to drive sales.

    The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for local marketing activities in the cluster such as digital & written marketing content, customer events and fairs. Own the and end-to-end execution of the local marketing plan according to group playbooks and best practices.

    The Marketing Coordinator will align plan annual local activities and coordinate with stakeholders to provide secure a professional and unified approach to protect the Grundfos brand.

    Your main responsibilities:

    • Define and agree an annual plan for marketing activities together with Regional Marketing Manager and the Senior Area Sales Manager and ensure the budget allocation.
    • Owner of the execution of the local Marketing plan (not only the tasks done by you and local Marketing but also activities performed by others (Media plan, Go to Market Plan) impacting local business.
    • Ensures Marketing plan follow-up is permanently updated, detect any deviation, and anticipate/solve potential issues.
    • Participate actively as a trustworthy Business partner in local Sales Meetings, ensure alignment and efficient internal stakeholder management and collaboration.
    • Local communication + PR (with support of Marketing team), deliver master elements ready for use via multiple marketing channels.
    • Ensure the operational execution of the marketing plan.
    • Analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI, leveraging data and analytics to make data-oriented decisions and continuously improve marketing strategies.
    • Develop and adjust campaigns that fit in to the local market needs, including create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing material.
    • Coordinate and support the global Grundfos marketing organization regarding selected disciplines within digital marketing.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and Regional & global marketing services, to align marketing efforts and support regional goals.
    • Other Ad-hoc tasks and projects as and when required.

    Your required skills and experience include:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Experience from working with an international company with multiple stakeholders.
    • Proficient both in online & offline Marketing
    • Experience from working with digital marketing tools.
    • Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws, and regulations where applicable, for the Sales and Communication areas.
    • Comprehensive analytical and project management skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively.
    • Excellent written and spoken English.
