    Job Description

  • Develop and execute regional trade marketing strategies to promote our spirit brands and achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities for brand visibility and growth.
  • Plan and execute engaging trade events, promotions, and activations to enhance brand presence at the point of sale.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Work closely with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to implement trade programs that drive product sales and brand loyalty.
  • Lead the development of impactful POS materials, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with marketing guidelines.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with trade partners to drive mutual success.
  • The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in trade marketing, preferably within the spirits or beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of trade channels, distribution networks, and retail environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative trade marketing solutions.
