    - Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully support the sales team- Evaluating Sales Forecasting, including reviewing for Business Plan target compared to the actual and initiate new ideas in achieving Company's Sales targets- Build, maintain and long-lasting customer relationships- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization- Strong business sense and industry expertise -excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and successful previous experience as Sales- Make a weekly report, report to Director - Other related tasks as assigned- Mencapai target pertumbuhan dan penjualan dengan mendukung tim penjualan dengan berhasil- Mengevaluasi Peramalan Penjualan, termasuk meninjau ulang target Rencana Bisnis dan membandingkannya dengan progres aktual, serta menginisiasi ide-ide baru dalam mencapai target Penjualan Perusahaan- Membangun, mempertahankan, dan menjaga hubungan dengan pelanggan dalam jangka panjang- Menunjukkan kemampuan untuk berkomunikasi, mempresentasikan dan mempengaruhi secara kredibel dan efektif di semua tingkatan organisasi- Naluri bisnis yang kuat dan keahlian industri -keterampilan mentoring, pembinaan dan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang sangat baik- Mengidentifikasi pasar yang sedang berkembang dan pergeseran pasar sambil sepenuhnya menyadari produk baru dan status persaingan- Kemampuan yang terbukti untuk mendorong proses penjualan dari rencana hingga penutupan dan pengalaman sukses sebelumnya sebagai Sales- Membuat laporan mingguan, melapor kepada Direktur- Tugas terkait lainnya yang ditugaskan
    • At least 5 years working experience as Sales Assistant Manager or Sales Manager
    • Education Background is Bachelor Degree from any major
    • Having good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, time & discovering problem skill.
    • Good analytical and conceptual thinking
    • Good leadership, responsible, and achievement-oriented
    • Good at working in a team and individually
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office
    • Fluent in English
    • Able to speak Japanese
    • Has a driving license (sim A)
    • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun sebagai Sales Assistant Manager atau Sales Manager
    • Latar belakang pendidikan S1 dari berbagai jurusan
    • Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal yang baik, kemampuan negosiasi, waktu dan kemampuan menemukan masalah.
    • Pemikiran analitis dan konseptual yang baik
    • Kepemimpinan yang baik, bertanggung jawab, dan berorientasi pada pencapaian
    • Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan secara individu
    • Terampil menggunakan Microsoft Office
    • Fasih berbahasa Inggris
    • Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Jepang
    • Memiliki Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM A)
