Spending more than 20 years within petroleum industries where has capabilities to analyze data, design & engineering, ability to execute work field, and project/business review, working for several multinational and local companies, I certainly hope that would make me the best candidate to fill the opening position.

Had key areas of expertise on Well Services/Intervention Operation with regard to Offshore Lift Boat, Land Drilling/Workover Rig, Coiled tubing, Electric Line, Slickline, Stimulation & Cementing, Through Tubing Product & Services, Well Integrity Management, ESP Pump, Wellhead & Completion, Well Testing, and Hydraulic Workover Unit. Also had Engineering perspective for dealing with Well Services/Intervention Program; prepare, planning, manage the contract to ensure Operation can run effective and efficiently; communicate and routine discussion with stakeholder.

• Excellence level for engineering and operation associated with workover and well services/ Rigless for Offshore and Onshore Operation. Which cover activity in Artificial Lift (ESP, PCP, Sucker Rod, Gas Lift), Stimulation, Remedial Cementing, Slickline Operation, HWO Unit, Coiled Tubing, Electric Line etc
• Able to coordinate well with Rig Operations & Engineering, and Reservoir Management Teams to optimize the Drilling &WOWS planning in order to avoid NPT and/or ensure the well can as soon as possible put back on production
• Excellence level for planning, organizing, technical support, co-ordination with vendors for Drilling, Workover/Well Service and Well intervention/stimulation/logging activities.
• Excellence level for tender preparation (e.g.: scope of work, technical requirement, generate the most efficient remuneration), technical evaluation of tender, price negotiation, material control and contract management (including amendment if needed)
• Strong working knowledge of well remedial procedures, artificial lift systems (ESP, Gas Lift, PCP, and Sucker Rod) and workover rig and completion including stimulation techniques, remedial cementing, conformance technology, wireline operations, and coiled tubing operations
• Providing daily operational support and surveillance; and performing post-analysis of well intervention results.
• Tracking of all well servicing and workover activities including downtime tracking, cost tracking, assisting in workover planning and budgeting, and working closely with cross functional team to ensure efficient integrated planning.
• Work on budgets and targets for well work.

• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently as well as to communicate effectively with technical professionals and field personnel
