    About Our Client

    We are currently partnering with a leading property development firm, who is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead their marketing and sales teams, with a primary focus on enhancing our branding strategies.

    Job Description

    Brand Strategy and Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with our corporate goals and sets us apart in the real estate industry.
  • Define and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand image across all marketing materials.

    Marketing Strategy:
  • Create and oversee the marketing strategy, encompassing digital marketing, traditional advertising, social media, PR, and more.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competition to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Drive the development of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and initiatives to enhance property sales and brand recognition.

    Team Leadership:
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing and sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Foster a collaborative, results-driven, and innovative work environment.

    Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies, lead generation programs, and sales collateral.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement, working to align sales and marketing efforts.

    Budget Management:
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maximising ROI.
  • Regularly report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

    Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Engage with key internal stakeholders, such as senior management and project development teams, to align marketing efforts with project timelines and objectives. The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Director or in a similar senior marketing role in the real estate or property development industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective branding and marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • A passion for the real estate industry and an understanding of the dynamics within it. What's on Offer
