    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conceptualize and execute diverse events to promote company products and enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with teams and external partners for smooth event execution, from ideation to post-event analysis.
    • Develop and oversee event budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
    • Negotiate with vendors for favourable terms, maximizing budget efficiency.
    • Foster relationships with internal teams and external partners.
    • Collaborate to enhance company presence in the beuaty industry.
    • Ensure events reflect company brand image and messaging.
    • Oversee creation of on-brand promotional materials and displays.
    • Coordinate event logistics, including venue, catering, and AV requirements.
    • Manage on-site operations for a seamless attendee experience.
    • Conduct evaluations, assess event success, and gather insights.
    • Prepare reports with key performance indicators and improvement recommendations.

    Requirements:

    • At least 5 years of experience in event management fields.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Proven experience in event management, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or related industries.
    • Strong project management skills, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
    • Strong experience in New Product Development (NPD) launches.
    • Experience in handling personal care/cosmetic products is preferable.
