    - Manage trading business under Inorganic and advanced material domain.- Leveraging the assigned business and expected to understand market structure, both customer's and supplier's strategy.- In a long term will be responsible to developing new business with leveraging the existing business.- Monitoring. reporting, contacting and consultation properly based on PDCA, and co-work with other team members.- Creating good communication and relationship with internal and external parties for the purposes of daily business operational.- Proper business mindset and common sense with global business standard basis- Other tasks as assigned Mengelola bisnis perdagangan di bawah domain material anorganik dan material canggih.- Memanfaatkan bisnis yang ditugaskan dan diharapkan memahami struktur pasar, strategi pelanggan dan pemasok, dan posisi dalam industri dan untuk - Dalam jangka panjang akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan bisnis baru dengan memanfaatkan bisnis yang sudah ada.- Memonitor, melaporkan, menghubungi dan berkonsultasi dengan baik berdasarkan PDCA, dan bekerja sama dengan anggota tim lainnya.- Menciptakan komunikasi dan hubungan yang baik dengan pihak internal dan eksternal untuk keperluan operasional bisnis sehari-hari.- Memiliki pola pikir bisnis yang tepat dan sesuai dengan standar bisnis global- Tugas-tugas lain yang ditugaskan
    • Bachelor's degree from a reputable and well known university.
    • Minimum 3 years of working experience with a role as marketing, sales and customer service in trading company for B2B international market
    • Have a passion and willingness to the self-development in trading and investment business by being able to do short/long term business trip to other city/country to handle project or job assignment.
    • Good communication and negotiation skill in order to maintain and/or creating relationship with stakeholders and business networking.
    • Ability and willingness to be involve in any business issues arise with a good sense of clarity and problem solving.
    • Native English skill in written and verbally
    • Gelar sarjana dari universitas terkemuka dan terkenal.
    • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun dengan peran sebagai marketing, sales dan customer service di perusahaan perdagangan untuk pasar internasional B2B
    • Memiliki semangat dan kemauan untuk mengembangkan diri dalam bisnis perdagangan dan investasi dengan melakukan perjalanan bisnis jangka pendek/panjang ke kota/negara lain untuk menangani proyek atau pekerjaan.
    • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik untuk mempertahankan dan/atau menciptakan hubungan dengan pemangku kepentingan dan jaringan bisnis.
    • Kemampuan dan kemauan untuk terlibat dalam setiap masalah bisnis yang muncul dengan kejelasan dan pemecahan masalah yang baik.
    • Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris secara lisan dan tulisan.
