    Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess business performance, identify trends, and evaluate budget and forecast variances, then develop and implement strategies to enhance business growth and profitability. Evaluate market trends and consumer behaviour to uncover revenue growth opportunities, and collaborate with department heads to develop and manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Due to their expanding business structure and exciting development plans, they are offering a great opportunity for a dynamic and talented professional to join their organisation as the Commercial Finance Manager. In this role, you will be the key finance support driving the strategic and commercial growth agenda within the company.

    Description

    • Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess business performance, identify trends, and evaluate budget and forecast variances.
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance business growth and profitability.
    • Evaluate market trends and consumer behaviour to uncover revenue growth opportunities.
    • Prepare detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, for presentation to senior management.
    • Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance and providing actionable recommendations to achieve financial targets.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to understand their financial needs and offer guidance.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to ensure financial strategies align with overall business objectives.
    • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.

    Profile

    Candidates will be shortlisted based on the criteria below:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related-field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • At least 8 years of working experience in similar roles
  • Broad understanding of business processes, process auditing and internal control concepts
  • Strong analytical skills necessary to identify risks and opportunities in the business
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and highly driven overcome challenges
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • High level of ethics and integrity

    • This position is located in Jakarta and is open only to Indonesian nationals due to government regulations.
