- Oversee preparation of financial statements and ensure regulatory compliance with external parties.
- Manage capital structure, financing, and investment evaluations.
- Optimize capital allocation for shareholder returns.
- Lead IPO readiness efforts, collaborating with legal and banking teams.
- Prepare financial reports and communicate company performance.
- Together with the team, provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in a CFO or senior finance role, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong track record of leading companies through successful Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).
- In-depth knowledge of go public processes, including fillings and due diligence
- Extensive understanding of financial reporting, analysis, and compliance standards.
