    FINANCE ACCOUNTING TAX (MANAGER)RESPONSIBILITIES Establish Finance, Accounting and Tax Policies and Procedures and Limits of Authority Prepare and submit financial reporting on scheduled time Plan and manage the financial budgeting activities Manage and control company daily operational related with finance, accounting and tax Managetreasury management activities including working capital management,investment of surplus funds, hedging strategy, forex exposure, cashflowforecast and funding management Monitor on Account Receivable (AR) performance Perform credit risk assessment and monitor credit risk performance Performance insurance claim activities and manage overall operation of insurance (issuance, renewal, recording)Enhance risk awareness culture and perform risk management activities within the day-to-day business process Facilitate development of competent human resource and conducive working environment Prepare and perform tax activities including tax computation, administration, compliance and reporting QUALIFICATION Bachelor Degree (S1) / Master Degree (S2) in accounting/finance field,preferably with CPA (Certified Public Accountant) accreditation Experience 5 years in finance & accounting managerial positions Excellentknowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of taxreturns, such as pph 21, pph 23, pph 25 & employee tax Excellent in creating cash flow report, financial report (balance L/R), annual budget & company tax planning Certificate brevet A&B Knowledge of tax software (e-SPT, e-Faktur & e-filling) and Ms Office software (word and excel)Fluent in both spoken and written English Strong analytical thinking, detail oriented Good communication Excellent presentation Skills Experience to prepare materials presentation
