- Complete Listing Optimization: Manage product listings across all marketplaces for all brands, including titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, backend keywords, and product attributes.
- Strategic Marketplace Management: Develop and execute marketplace-specific strategies for each brand, optimizing product rankings, visibility, and pricing strategies. Monitor performance and adjust tactics to close performance gaps.
- Inventory & Operations Coordination: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts, coordinate with the operations team on inventory planning, and address product suppression or listing issues.
- Advertising Coordination: Collaborate with the paid media agency on advertising strategies and monitor the performance of ads across platforms (Amazon PPC, Walmart Ads, etc.).
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze sales, traffic, and conversion metrics. Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Account Management: Oversee seller account health, resolve policy violations or account issues promptly, and manage brand registry and intellectual property protection.
- Must-haves
- 3–5 years managing marketplace channels (Amazon, Walmart, Chewy, TikTok Shop) with proven success in driving sales growth.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, product listing optimization, and A+ content.
- Experience managing multiple brands or product lines simultaneously across marketplaces.
- Ability to analyze marketplace metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Experience with key marketplace analytics tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
- Basic image editing skills or the ability to create simple graphics for A+ content.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.

- Familiarity with Chewy Partner Portal.
- Experience with Amazon Brand Registry and brand protection.
- Knowledge of international marketplace management.
- Experience with subscription models on marketplaces.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop or other emerging marketplace channels.
- Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 per month, depending on experience.
- 100% remote work as a contractor.
- Flexible working hours, with overlap required for US Pacific Time zone.

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketplace Manager to optimize and manage our clients' entire marketplace presence across Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Central, Chewy Partner Portal, TikTok Shop, and other platforms. The role is critical for driving revenue and optimizing the brand's presence across multiple channels. As the Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for managing product listings, advertising, pricing strategies, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination with creative and operations teams. You will work with minimal supervision, taking ownership of marketplace performance and helping to accelerate growth across platforms.
