- Build and launch Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Conduct keyword research, audits, and competitor analysis
- Structure campaigns for scalability and clean performance tracking
- Write and test high-converting ad copy
- Monitor daily performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversion rate, CPL)
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights and trends
- Manage bidding strategies and budget pacing
- Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager & GA4)
- Follow established SOPs for builds, optimizations, and reporting
- Collaborate with Account Managers to align paid strategy with business goals
- Prepare performance insights for internal and client reporting
- Stay current with Google Ads updates and best practices
- 1+ year of hands-on Google Ads management experience
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and optimization
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
- Proven ability to analyze data and implement actionable improvements
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong written communication skills (ad copy + reporting)
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Agency experience preferred
- Dental or healthcare marketing experience is a plus
