Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Full-time: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day) - PST hours preferred

About the Role

Our client company is an e-commerce company specializing in high-quality mosaic products for residential and commercial spaces.

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage high-volume e-commerce payment processing and collections. This role requires strong Excel skills, QuickBooks proficiency, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Order Processing, and E-commerce teams.

The ideal candidate has prior experience working with U.S.-based companies and understands allowance accounts, journal entries, and automated payment systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and reconcile large e-commerce accounts' payments.
• Communicate with the E-commerce Team on unresolved and pending items.
• Enter customer checks into Quickbooks using a spreadsheet log and check stub images.
• Manage automated card processing for prepayment customers, including troubleshooting errors in processing.
• Communicate with prepayment customers via phone and email regarding billing issues.
• Communicate with the Order Processing Team and the Sales Team when needed to resolve issues.
• Follow up on unpaid prepayment invoices and collections.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (must-have requirement).
• 3–5 years of Accounts Receivable experience with U.S. companies (must-have requirement).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with allowance accounts and journal entries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1-C2 English Level Required).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage high transaction volume and meet deadlines.
