    We're hiring a Jr. Campaign Manager to support execution and performance for primarily lead generation campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

    This is a hands-on learning role for someone early in their career who wants to build expertise in Meta advertising. You'll work directly with a Senior Campaign Manager to manage 10–15 client accounts (growing to 20), handling daily optimizations, performance reporting, and learning how to deliver results at scale.

    You'll be in the ad accounts daily — monitoring performance, making optimizations, pulling data, and learning the systems and strategies that drive success. This role is part of the broader QuickerLeads team, working alongside Senior Campaign Managers, Designers, Copywriters, and Account Managers.

    What You'll Do

    • Monitor and optimize Meta ad campaigns daily across 10–15+ client accounts (~$500K/month in ad spend)
    • Pull performance data and build weekly reports with clear metrics and trends
    • Make proactive optimizations to improve CPL, conversion rates, and efficiency
    • Flag performance issues or risks early to the Sr. Campaign Manager
    • Learn to request and brief creative assets (images, videos, copy) based on performance data
    • Execute campaign launches and changes under Sr. Campaign Manager guidance
    • Track campaign performance in AgencyAnalytics and organize data in Airtable
    • Communicate progress and questions clearly via Slack and Gmail

    What We're Looking For

    • 1–3 years of experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
    • Experience with lead generation campaigns preferred
    • Basic understanding of campaign structure, audiences, and optimization
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot trends in data
    • Comfortable working independently in ad accounts daily
    • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Willingness to learn and take direction from Senior Campaign Managers
    • Able to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
