  • To understand the Human Resources requirements in the business unit under their responsibility and to provide support, advice, and expertise to meet the business needs to managers and employees of this business unit.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent (preferably HR related)
  • Min 5-7 years of generalist HR experience or business partnering with department managers
  • Excellent Communication skills (listen, analyze and influence people)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Meticulous, attention to details
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English
  • To manage full spectrum of HR for the country and Direct Report to president Director in Indonesia+ HRD Regional Office
  • Indonesian passport holder only (due to company requirement)
