    Job Description

  • Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and expansion plans.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Managing account payable and account receivable aging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Drive finance automation projects to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve internal controls and financial processes. The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of working experience with Big 4 accounting firm.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Demonstrated track record in fintech or start-up environments.
  • Experience in creating and implementing finance automation projects.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate financial information to both internal and external parties.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the fintech industry. What's on Offer
