    Job Description

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Present financial information to executives, highlighting key trends and variances.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize working capital.
  • Implement effective cash management strategies to support day-to-day operations and long-term financial goals.
  • Risk Management:Identify and assess financial risks, proposing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Budget Management:Lead the budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to set realistic and achievable financial targets.
  • Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Financial Compliance: Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and ensure the company's compliance.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits and examinations. The Successful Applicant

    This role is based in Jakarta and as a result of the government regulations we are only looking for Indonesian nationals. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have a strong financial background and a solid understanding of finance and accounting, as well as some years of experience in a MNC business with matrix structure. We're looking for a dynamic professional with a strong ownership, a can-do attitude, good leadership skills and initiative to drive changes that impact the entire organization, including the ability to influence and motivate others, not limited to conflict resolution.

  • Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification
  • At least 8-10 years of working experience in similar roles, experienced managing a team or work as a single contributor
  • Experience using ERP System
  • Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges
  • Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships
  • You will have excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment at a rapidly growing company.
