    About Our Client

    Michael Page is currently representing one of the largest global Data Center development companies.

    Job Description

  • Conduct site analysis, market feasibility study and financial projection for potential data center investment.
  • Identify target markets, assess market trends, and formulate a comprehensive pricing model.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, brokers, and industry partners.
  • Lead due diligence on potential acquisition opportunities or partnership.
  • Negotiate and structure deals, including purchase agreements, leases, and other contractual arrangements.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to secure necessary funding and approvals for projects. The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate project analysis & acquisition with exposure in Data Center development study.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market landscape in Indonesia and financial principles related to project acquisition. What's on Offer
