- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is considered a strong advantage, providing additional depth of knowledge and strategic insight.
- 8 - 12 years of progressive experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or a related field, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. This experience should include a demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex transactions.
- Experience working in a top-tier consulting firm is highly desirable, as it demonstrates a strong analytic background, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver impactful results in a dynamic environment.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with a deep understanding of financial concepts and analysis techniques. Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools is essential.
- High level of analytical aptitude with the ability to analyse complex information and draw actionable insights, is critical for success in this role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build consensus around strategic initiatives.
