    My client is a multinational company in renewable energy.

    Job Description

    1. Permit Acquisition:
    2. Identify and assess the permits and licenses required for renewable energy projects
    3. Prepare and submit applications for environmental permits, land use permits, and other relevant licenses.
    4. Coordinate with government agencies, local authorities, and communities to expedite the permit approval process.
    5. Regulatory Compliance:
    6. Stay updated on Indonesia's renewable energy laws and regulations
    7. Ensure project activities align with legal requirements and environmental standards.
    8. Collaborate with legal teams to interpret and implement regulations effectively.
    9. Stakeholder Engagement:
    10. Liaise with government authorities, including the relevant ministries and other local officials
    11. Facilitate communication between project teams, regulators, and local communities.
    12. Address any compliance-related queries or concerns.
    13. Risk Mitigation:
    14. Identify potential risks related to permits and licenses.
    15. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure smooth project execution.
    16. Monitor changes in regulations and adjust project plans accordingly.
    17. Documentation and Reporting:
    18. Maintain accurate records of permits, licenses, and approvals.
    19. Prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    20. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely submission of required documents.
    21. Community Relations:
    22. Engage with local communities to address their concerns and build positive relationships.
    23. Promote transparency and social responsibility throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant
    24. Bachelor's degree in environmental science, law, engineering, or a related field.
    25. Proven experience in permit acquisition and regulatory compliance within the renewable energy sector.
    26. Strong knowledge of Indonesia's energy laws and regulations.
    27. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
