- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies
- Implement robust risk management strategies
- Provide oversight on financial aspects of the Life Insurance business
- Drive fundraising initiatives and prepare for a potential IPO
- Lead Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) processes
- Manage financial aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
- Communicate financial performance and strategies to stakeholders
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the finance team
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal governance standards
- Integrate innovative financial technologies for process optimization. The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working, exposure in Big4 Accounting Firm is MUST.
- Proven track record in the Life Insurance business and Strat Up with a deep understanding of industry dynamics.
- Experience in fundraising activities and/or preparing for an IPO is a significant advantage.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Relevant professional qualifications (CPA, CFA, etc.) are highly desirable What's on Offer
