    Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans across all channels.
  • Oversee the financial planning and allocation for the Marketing department.
  • Establish clear and measurable performance objectives for the Marketing department.
  • Develop a compelling brand identity that resonates with the target audience.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints (events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional materials).
  • Gain deep insights into customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Explore untapped market opportunities for brand expansion.
  • Align marketing and sales strategies to achieve common goals. The Successful Applicant
    • 10+ years of experience in a marketing role, demonstrating a progressive career trajectory.
    • Bachelor's degree (BSc) or Master's degree (MSc) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
    • Proven track record of success in launching and managing e-wallet or payment gateway products, with a demonstrable understanding of the fintech landscape.
    • Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels, with a data-driven approach to measuring performance.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to set clear goals, prioritize tasks, and motivate and inspire a team.
