    About Our Client

    Our client is a multinational retail company who is expanding their business in Indonesia

    Job Description

  • Manage all activities related to construction works from beginning to the end including planning, execution, completion, and delivery.
  • Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget
  • Work with contractors, engineers, and key team members of the project team
  • Provide support and input to several aspects of project process including material / equipment procurement, contracts, budget and cost control, risk management, and overall project management of construction works
  • Monitor and prepare reports for all stakeholders regarding project status and progress to ensure projects are going according to plan including schedule, cost control, materials management, QC.
  • Obtain the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities for construction sites The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 (ten) years of experience in Project Management / Construction Management roles,with portfolio in the retail industry.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles
  • Familiar with relevant construction codes, construction procedures, health and safety standards, and management key points of the project What's on Offer
