    Job Description

  • Lead technical and conceptual aspects of new product development workflow and timeline management.
  • Oversee product launch from inception to commercial production ensuring timely execution.
  • Monitor project progress, provide technical support to Commercial team, and facilitate cross-departmental communication.
  • Manage project schedules, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure accountability across teams.
  • Collaborate with various departments including Commercial, Packaging Development, Sourcing, Planning, Finance, Regulatory, and Quality to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and provide training and knowledge transfer when required for personal and team development. The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Project Management
  • Understanding of Product Development, Manufacturing Equipment, Quality Assurance, and GMP are desirable.
  • Knowledge of fragrance/skin care products and beauty products
  • Highly motivated, agile, and effective communicator and collaborator.
  • Technical selling knowledge.
  • Familiarity with QAD System.
  • Knowledge of raw materials and packaging materials.
  • Understanding of outsourcing practices.
  • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) skills.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills.
  • Familiarity with MYM profiles.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001/2000 standards. What's on Offer
