    - Ensure sales target achievement- Provide services to customers in accordance with applicable regulations by always being oriented to excellent service (Service Excellence) - Anticipating customer complaints by always providing the best service according to applicable standards and procedures- Responsible for application documents and related administrative tasks- Other task as assigned Memastikan pencapaian target penjualan- Memberikan pelayanan kepada nasabah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku dengan selalu berorientasi pada pelayanan prima (Service Excellence) - Mengantisipasi keluhan nasabah dengan selalu memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik sesuai standar dan prosedur yang berlaku- Bertanggung jawab atas dokumen aplikasi dan tugas-tugas administrasi terkait- Tugas lain yang ditugaskan・Have a minimum of Bachelor from any discipline with minimum GPA 2,75・Business level in Japanese with a minimum JLPT N2・Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply (Need internship experience for customer service or sales)・Neat in administration, proactive and detail oriented・Have good interpersonal and good communication skills・Able to operate computer (Ms. Office)・Neat & well appearance・Wiling to work in Cikarang ・Memiliki pendidikan minimal S1 dari berbagai disiplin ilmu dengan IPK minimal 2,75・Memiliki kemampuan bahasa Jepang dengan nilai minimal JLPT N2・Lulusan baru dipersilakan untuk melamar (Perlu pengalaman magang untuk layanan pelanggan atau penjualan)・Menguasai administrasi, proaktif dan berorientasi pada detail・Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik・Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (Ms. Office)・Berpenampilan rapi dan menarik・Bersedia bekerja di Cikarang
