    Deskripsi

    • Independently manage projects and assign projects to team members
    • Ensure quality compliance with project requirements and processes
    • Complete projects on time and within the approved budget
    • Manage the team to ensure highquality project completion
    • Utilize Survey To Go to create surveys for each project
    • Script and run data for all projects: D2D, HUT, CLT, CATI
    • Provide guidance to team colleagues
    • Proactively identify and address project issues
    • Propose solutions for individual and team problems, reporting results to the Operations Director
    • Coordinate with relevant departments (Research Team, Fieldwork Team, QC Team) to ensure project alignment and implementation 35 years of experience in Data Processing
    • Able to understand relationship and logic between data collection and output requirement
    • Advancelevel proficiency in using Survey To Go and QPSMR
    • Has advancedlevel understanding of using Ms. Excel (formulas, macros)
    • Has high problemsolving skills
    • Has basic understanding of using SQL/Python
    • Has leadership and team development skills, good communication skills
    • Minimum 3 years of experience staying in one company
    • Business proficiency in English
