- Demonstrated employment history as a business development manager, investment manager, or in a relevant capacity.
- Proven track record in M&A transactions or project development within the electrical power sector, IPP, or Oil & Gas infrastructure projects.
- Essential experience in project finance.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in English.
- Knowledgeable about the market.
- Familiarity with contract review processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Capable of establishing rapport.
- Effective time management and planning skills.
- Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
