- Becoming a technical expert
- Understand specific customer's engineering and maintenance team's needs, and support development of new solutions
- Organize trainings/orientation sessions to anchor customers and dealers about the company products, solutions for different applications and proper maintenance practices.
- Managing Dealers - helping to support dealers from the technical side
- Growing sales pipeline The Successful Applicant
- Experience in selling Heavy Equipment (preferrably from principals, but open for those with exposure in dealers as well)
- Technical background - Engineering background
- Ideally someone who is stronger in technical compared to commercial
- Experience in dealer/distribution management
- Location: Jakarta
