The Successful Applicant

- Proven 10 years of experience in IT product management, with a focus on retail banking or financial services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading successful digital product initiatives.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in agile product management methodologies and tools.
