- Develop and implement HR strategies on end-to-end HR spectrum: Talent acquisition, performance management, people development, compensation & benefit, and employee relations
- Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent. Develop effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly into the company culture.
- Establish key HR metrics to track and analyze HR performance, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and training effectiveness. Prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Advise senior management in HR-related matters, ensuring smooth HR day-to-day operations The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of experience leading an entire management of Human Resources
- Sound understanding of HR trends and best practices, with proactivity in initiating improvement plans
- Excellent knowledge of the industries' talent movement and trends
- Coming from property industry is a must What's on Offer
